The quality of construction project management is directly related to the quality and economic benefits of the whole project.Only by establishing a scientific and reasonable management system can the quality and benefits of the pro-ject be effectively improved,otherwise it will cause safety and quality problems of the project,which will seriously affect the reputation of the enterprise.Therefore,this paper analyzes the innovative mode of construction project management and the current situation of construction project management,and puts forward innovative strategies to promote the devel-opment of the construction industry.
