房建施工技术中的绿色施工技术分析

Analysis of Green Construction Technology in Building Construction Technology

房屋建筑施工中利用绿色施工技术不仅可以获得较高的建设水平,也符合生态环保、能源节约方面的相关要求。基于此,介绍了綠色施工技术的应用特点,阐述了房建施工中应用绿色施工技术的基本原则,并对绿色施工技术在房屋建设项目中的应用进行了分析。结果发现,绿色施工技术得到科学选择和应用后,房屋的功能也将更为多样,同时在最少的资源和能源消耗下给人提供最为适宜的居住环境,一举多得。因此,房建绿色施工技术值得大范围使用与推广。

The use of green construction technology in housing construction can not only achieve a high level of construc-tion,but also meet the relevant requirements of ecological environmental protection and energy conservation.Based on this,this paper introduces the application characteristics of green construction technology,expounds the basic principles of applying green construction technology in housing construction,and analyzes the application of green construction technol-ogy in housing construction projects.The result shows that after the green construction technology is scientifically selected and applied,the functions of the house will also be more diverse,and at the same time,the most suitable living environ-ment will be provided for people with the least resources and energy consumption,which can be achieved with one stroke.Therefore,the green construction technology of housing construction is worthy of wide use and promotion.
