摘要
BIM正向设计是建筑全生命周期的第一步,也是建筑行业信息化数字建设关键的一步。BIM正向设计有别于传统二维设计和翻模设计模式,正向设计效率应以信息化数字化为前提,考量其在整个建设过程中的综合效率。本文分析了正向设计现阶段面临的问题,在现有政策标准和设计软件情况下,通过正向设计项目实践,从人才培养、软硬件升级、标准化设计流程、合理制定出图原则、编制企业标准等方面进行了正向设计提效研究,为正向设计提供了切实可行的提效方法。
BIM top-down design is not only the first step in the whole life cycle of architecture,but also a key step in the information and digital construction of the construction industry.BIM top-down design is different from the traditional two-dimensional design and formwork turnover design mode,and its design efficiency should be based on information digitization and consider its comprehensive efficiency in the whole construction process.This paper analyzed the problems faced by top-down design at this stage.Using the existing policy standards and design software,and through the practice of top-down design project,this paper studied the effectiveness of top-down design from the aspects of talent training,software and hardware upgrading,standardized design process,reasonable formulation of drawing principles,and preparation of enterprise standards,providing a practical method to improve the effectiveness of the top-down design.
