摘要
党的二十大报告首次提出健全全面从严治党体系,这一重要论述是强化“管党治党”全面系统布局、协同高效推进的重大举措。“为谁培养人、培养什么样的人”这个根本性问题是高校党建工作的头等大事,在党建工作中处于重要地位,中国特色社会主义高校要切实把思想和行动统一到“全面从严治党”的工作部署中。“全面从严治党”是高校培育高素质人才的助推器,应以更加从严的举措着力提升高等教育的育人质量;结合实践探索,找准党建与各项工作的交叉点,从上至下严抓严管,创新高校思想政治工作,进一步使党建和思政工作同向同行、协同发展。
Full and Rigorous Party Self-Governance was first proposed in the report the Party’s20th National Congress. This important statement is a major measure to strengthen the overall systematic layout of "Party self-supervision and self-governance" and promote it in a coordinated and efficient way. The fundamental issues of "what kind of people should we cultivate,how and for whom" are the priorities of Party building in universities and colleges,which play important roles in Party building. Socialist universities and colleges with Chinese characteristics should unify their thoughts and actions into the working plan of "Party self-supervision and self-governance". In this way,it would become a booster for universities and colleges to cultivate high-quality talents. Colleges and universities should take more strict measures to improve the quality of education in higher education. In combination with practice and exploration,they would find out the intersection of Party building and other works,strictly control it from top to bottom,innovate the ideological and political work,so that party building and ideological and political work will be further developed and jointly fostered.
