Network Thinking of College Counselors and Its Cultivation

高校辅导员网络思维是高校辅导员学习和运用网络思维进行工作的具体展开,是网络和辅导员工作相结合产生“耦合效应”的系统化科学思维结构模式,对高校辅导员提出了树立以学生为中心的网络意识,发挥高效便捷、精准智能的网络功能,厚植平等开放、合作创新的网络精神要求。现阶段高校辅导员网络思维呈现出“网络工具化”取向、网络思维的运用能力不强、网络思维自觉性尚未形成的状态,其思维方式的培养可以从“知”“学”“用”“化”这四个着力点层层推进。

College counselors'network thinking is a way of thinking for college counselors to study and work with network thinking.It is a systematic scientific thinking structure mode which combines the network and the work of counselors to produce"coupling effect".It requires counselors to establish a student-centered network awareness,give full play to the efficient,convenient,accurate and intelligent network functions,and reinforce the network spirit of equality,openness,cooperation and innovation.At the present stage,the problems of college counselors'network thinking are mainly as follows:A"network instrumentalization"orientation is emerging;the application ability of network thinking is not strong enough;the consciousness of network thinking is to be developed.Its cultivation can be promoted progressively from the four focus points of"knowing","learning","using"and"internalization".
