摘要
介绍了油酸的生物来源、健康益处、食用安全性及适宜膳食量等,并提出研究建议,以期为油酸和高油酸植物油的摄入及健康作用宣称提供参考。
The biological sources, health benefits, edible safety and appropriate dietary amount of oleic acid were briefly introduced, and some research suggestions were put forward, in order to provide some reference for the health function declaration and ingestion of oleic acid and high oleic vegetable oil.
