摘要
采用蒸汽爆破法对制浆备料工段的竹屑进行预处理,探究其对竹屑水解糖化的影响,并对蒸汽爆破前后竹屑的色度、结构及组分进行对比分析。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为竹屑原料含水率55%、爆破压力2.5 MPa、维压时间180 s,在该条件下还原糖含量为12.50%,较未预处理竹屑提高了61.08%;纤维素含量提高了13.98%,且60.63%的半纤维素被保留下来;蒸汽爆破使得竹屑变得蓬松且颜色由黄棕色转为黄褐色,纤维表面出现撕裂现象;纤维主体结构没有改变,纤维素、半纤维素及酸不溶木素的部分结构被破坏,竹屑物料相对结晶度由49.46%增加到55.93%。
The bamboo sawdust in the pulping and preparation section were pretreated by steam explosion method to explore its effect on the hydrolysis and saccharification of bamboo sawdust, and the chromaticity, structure and composition of bamboo sawdust before and after steam explosion were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the optimum technological conditions were as follows: the moisture content of bamboo sawdust 55 %, the bursting pressure 2.5 MPa, and the pressure maintaining time 180 s. Under this condition, the content of reducing sugar was 12.50 %, which was 61.08 % higher than that of untreated bamboo sawdust. The content of cellulose increased by 13.98 %, and 60.63 % of hemicellulose was retained. Steam explosion made the bamboo sawdust become fluffy and the color changed from yellow-brown to yellow-brown, and the fiber surface was torn. The main structure of the fiber remained unchanged, and the partial structures of cellulose, hemicellulose and acid-insoluble lignin were destroyed. The relative crystallinity of bamboo sawdust increased from 49.46 % to 55.93 %.
