新医科背景下技能比赛联合案例教学在诊断学教学的研究 被引量:4

摘要 高等医学教育已进入内涵式发展阶段,提高高校人才培养质量是教育教学发展的核心。教师注重日常教学的同时,需不断改进完善教学手段,通过创新性教学模式培养学生学习兴趣、拓展学生视野。技能比赛具有可操作性、互动性、创新性、娱乐性等优点,对诊断学临床教学改革有一定的激励效应和助推作用。联合案例教学法可进一步深化教学资源和教学方法的改革创新,作为本科生教学的补充手段,为医疗卫生事业的可持续发展奠定坚实基础。文章就临床诊断学教学通过技能比赛联合案例教学的教学方法,在医学生基础教学中的作用进行研究分析。 Higher medical education has entered the new phase of connotative development,and improving the quality of talent cultivation has become the key to the development of education and teaching.Teachers need to adopt innovative teaching modes and continuously improve teaching methods to motivate the students to learn and expand horizons.The skills competition has the advantages of operability,interactivity,innovativeness,and playfulness,which can promote the reform in clinical teaching of diagnostics.Combined with case method,skills competition can further deepen the reform in teaching resources and innovation of teaching methods,serving as a supplement to undergraduate teaching and laying a solid foundation for sustainable development of medical and health care.This paper investigated the new teaching model combining skills competition with case method in the teaching of clinical diagnostics and analyzed its role in the basic medicine teaching for medical students.
