摘要
胰高血糖素(GCG)作为胰岛素拮抗调节激素,在DM发生发展中起重要作用。目前部分阻断GCG受体药物已完成T2DM患者Ⅱ期临床试验,降糖效果良好。动物研究中阻断GCG信号通路后胰岛α细胞异常增殖,靶向GCG信号通路疗效仍存争议。本文对胰岛α细胞增殖调控的研究进展进行综述。
Glucagon(GCG)is an antagonistic regulatory hormone of insulin,which plays an important role in the development of diabetes.At present,drugs that partially block the GCG receptor have completed phase II clinical trials in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and all of which have been confirmed to have good hypoglycemic effect.However,after blocking the GCG signaling pathway in animal studies,abnormal proliferation of islet alpha cells was found,and the therapeutic effect of targeting the GCG signaling pathway remains controversial.This article reviews the factors affecting islet alpha cell proliferation.
