脂毒性在2型糖尿病发生发展中作用的研究进展

Research progress on the role of lipotoxicity in the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus

肥胖相关脂代谢异常与T2DM发生发展密切相关,是DKD、糖尿病心肌病、代谢相关脂肪性肝病等的重要病理因素。脂毒性直接影响胰岛β细胞、糖代谢途径,导致IR,引起糖脂代谢紊乱、氧化应激、内质网应激及炎症反应。本文对脂毒性在T2DM发生发展中作用的研究进展进行综述。

Obesity related abnormal lipid metabolism is not only closely related to the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),but also an important pathological factor in the occurrence of diabetic kidney disease,diabetes cardiomyopathy and fatty liver disease.Lipotoxicity can directly affect the function of pancreatic isletsβcell,interfere glucose metabolism pathway,and trigger insulin resistance(IR),which further cause glycolipid metabolism disorder,oxidative stress,endoplasmic reticulum stress and inflammatory reaction.This article reviews the research progress of lipotoxicity in the occurrence and development of T2DM.
