摘要
当内质网中合成的蛋白超过内质网折叠能承受的最大限度时,可引起慢性内质网应激(ERS)。慢性ERS在T2DM发生发展中起重要作用,主要表现为抑制Ins正常合成与分泌,降低Ins信号转导效率,扰乱Ins敏感组织代谢。本文综述ERS在T2DM发生发展中的研究进展。
When the protein synthesized in the endoplasmic reticulum exceeds the maximum limit that the endoplasmic reticulum can withstand,chronic endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)can be caused.ERS plays an important role in the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),mainly by inhibiting the normal synthesis and secretion of insulin,reducing the efficiency of insulin signal transduction and disrupting the metabolism of insulin-sensitive tissues.This article reviews the research progress of chronic ERS in the occurrence and development of T2DM.
