摘要
铁死亡是新型程序性细胞死亡方式,与DM及其靶器官病变密切相关,了解细胞死亡机制对临床治疗至关重要。本文综述铁死亡在DM及其并发症中作用机制的研究进展。
Ferroptosis is a new type of programmed cell death,which is closely related to diabetes mellitus(DM)and its target organ diseases.Understanding the mechanism of cell death is essential for clinical treatment.This article reviewed the research progress on the mechanism of ferroptosis in DM and its complications.
