为了建筑消防设施能有效运行,提升建筑消防设施运行的安全性和可靠性,论文以新疆某地区发生的多层公共建筑火灾为例,介绍了建筑消防设施运行过程中存在的问题,并提出了几条提升建筑消防设施运行有效性的路径,针对日常设施运行中管理人员缺失、制度不完善、管理粗放等问题,需要相关单位落实精细化管理方针,健全设施维护保养制度,确保消防设施在火灾发生时发挥应有功效,为建筑安全运行提供保障。

For the effective operation of building fire-fighting facilities and to improve the safety and reliability of building fire-fighting facilities,the article taking amulti-storey public building fire in a certain area ofXinjiang as an example,introduces the building fire protection problems existing in the operation of facilities,and puts forward several paths to improve the operation effectiveness of building fire protection facilities.In view of the lack of management personnel,imperfect systems,and extensive management in the daily operation of facilities,it is necessary for relevant units to implement refined management policies.Improve the facility maintenance system to ensure that fire protection facilities play their due roles in the event of a fire,and provide guarantees for the safe operation of buildings.
