结合城市道路升级改造的实际情况,本着尽可能利用现状节约工程投资、满足工期及近远期使用要求、保证管线安全运行的原则,从管线迁改的前期准备、管线迁改原则、管线迁改方案几方面对现状管线的迁改和保护提出建设思路。

Combined with the actual situation of urban road upgrading,and based on the principle ofmaking full use of the current situation,saving project investment,meeting the requirements of construction period,short-term and long-term,and ensuring the safe operation of pipelines,this paper puts forward construction ideas for the relocation and protection of current pipelines from the aspects of pipeline transformation of the preliminary preparation,pipeline transformation principle,pipeline transformation program.
