摘要
将BIM技术引入城市轨道交通项目施工协同管理中,构建协同管理平台对城市轨道交通项目中各参建方的工作职责、工作流程、信息交互等加以调度与协同。从顶层统筹视角剖析施工协同管理方案,对于城市轨道交通项目施工管理主体合理分析、科学决策,提高各参建方在施工过程中的协同合作水平。
This study introduces BIM technology into the construction collaborative management of urban rail transit projects,builds a collaborative management platform to dispatch and collaborate the work responsibilities,workflow and information interaction of each participant in urban rail transit projects,analyzes the construction collaborative management scheme from the top-level coordination perspective,provides reasonable analysis and scientific decision-making for the main body of urban rail transit project construction management,improves the collaboration and cooperation of each participant in the construction process.
