复杂市域环境跨河道现场预拼后吊装钢箱梁施工技术研究

摘要 在钢箱梁安装过程中通常会遇到大跨度钢箱梁吊装的施工问题,由于跨河道施工条件限制,常规施工方法具有临时支撑搭设困难、钢箱梁整体焊接质量不易保证、钢箱梁预拱度控制困难等缺点。针对以上问题,有必要对其进行改进。论文对复杂市域环境跨河道现场预拼后吊装钢箱梁施工技术进行介绍,介绍如何进行钢箱梁施工,如何做好钢箱梁施工质量控制。 In the process of steel box girder installation,the construction problem of long-span steel box girder hoisting is usually encountered.Due to the limitation of river crossing construction conditions,the conventional construction method has the disadvantages of difficult temporary support erection,difficult assurance of the overall welding quality of steel box girder,difficult control of steel box girder camber and so on.In viewof the above problems,it is necessary to improve it.This paper introduces the construction technology of hoisting steel box girder after on-site pre assembly across river in complex urban environment,and introduces how to carry out steel box girder construction and howto do a good job in steel box girder construction quality control.
