农村水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青面层施工工艺研究

Study on Construction Technology of Asphalt Overlay on Rural Cement Pavement

为提高农村公路水泥混凝土路面的强度和承载能力,对水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青面层施工技术进行研究,通过ABAQUS有限元软件数值分析不同沥青加铺层为对层底的力学响应,随着加铺层厚度的增加,层底应力先减小后趋于稳定,确定最佳加铺层厚度为13 cm,并依托实际工程,在试验路段加铺沥青层,检测发现“白加黑”路面具有较好的路用性能。

In order to improve the rural highway cement road surface strength and bearing capacity,paving asphalt surface construction technology of cement road surface is studied,by using ABAQUS finite element numerical analysis software for different asphalt layer on layer bottommechanical response,as paving layer thickness increases,stabilized after layer bottom stress decreases first,determine the best add layer depth is 13 cm,and based on actual project,It is found that the white and black road surface has better road performance when asphalt layer is added to the test road section.
