摘要
为研究超薄磨耗层技术在高速公路中的应用,结合实际工程,对该技术的原材料进行简单介绍,并阐述其施工工艺及技术特点。通过渗水仪法及摆式仪法对该技术的防水性能和抗滑性能进行评价,结果表明:平均渗水系数由施工前的80mL/min经施工后降至16mL/min,防水性能有较大幅度的改善;平均构造深度由施工前的0.79mm提升至施工后的0.99mm,抗滑性能也有较大的提升。总体而言沥青路面施工效果较好。
In order to study the application of ultra-thin wear layer technology in expressway,combined with the actual project,the raw materials of this technology are briefly introduced,and its construction technology and technical characteristics are expounded.The waterproofing and skid resistance of the technologywere evaluated by themethod ofwater seepagemeter and pendulummeter.The results show that the average water seepage coefficient is reduced from 80 m L/min before construction to 16 m L/min after construction,and the waterproofing performance has been greatly improved.The average structure depth is increased from 0.79 mm before construction to 0.99 mm after construction,and the slip resistance is also greatly improved.Generally speaking,the construction effect of asphalt pavement is better.
