季节冻土区边坡支护结构冻融模型模拟系统研制与应用 被引量:1

Development and Application of Freeze-thaw Cycle Simulation System for Slope Support Structure in Seasonal Frozen Soil Area

摘要 为了研究季节冻土区季节温度周期性交替变化时的边坡支护结构冻融反应规律,研制了季节冻土区边坡支护结构冻融模型模拟系统,并开展了季节冻土区框架锚杆边坡支护结构试验研究.该模拟系统主要由可移动开体式自动控温冻土试验室、模型箱、边坡支护结构模型和温度-水分-应力多物理场测试系统四部分组成,实现了模型试验中结构与岩土之间的比例相容和季节冻土区季节周期性交替变化时温度自动呈正弦函数式波动的微环境模拟,同时具备对试验现象直观观测以及多物理场试验数据自动采集功能.将该模拟系统应用于框架锚杆边坡支护结构冻融模型试验研究,通过分析边坡不同位置处的温度、水分和支护结构的冻胀力变化趋势,揭示了寒暖环境交替变化下的边坡支护结构冻融反应规律;将试验结果与已有文献的实测数据进行了对比,初步验证了该模拟系统的可靠性和准确性.冻融模型模拟系统研究方法及成果可为寒区边坡相关工程设计提供参考. In order to study the freeze-thaw response law of the slope supporting structure in seasonal frozen soil area when seasonal temperature changes periodically, the freeze-thaw model simulation system of slope supporting structure in seasonal frozen soil area was developed, and the experimental study of frame anchoring slope supporting structure in seasonal frozen soil area was carried out.The simulation system is mainly composed of four parts: a movable open-body automatic temperature control frozen soil laboratory, a model box, a slope support structure model, and a temperature-moisture-stress multi-physical field test system, which realizes the proportion compatibility between the structure and the soil in the model test and the micro-environment simulation in which the temperature automatically fluctuates in the form of a sinusoidal function when the seasonal changes in the seasonal frozen soil area alternates.At the same time, it has the functions of visual observation of experimental phenomena and automatic collection of multi-physics experimental data.The simulation system is applied to the freeze-thaw model test of frame anchoring slope supporting structure.By analyzing the temperature, moisture and frost heaving force of supporting structure at different positions of slope, the freeze-thaw response law of slope supporting structure under alternating cold and warm environment is revealed.The reliability and accuracy of the simulation system are preliminarily verified by comparing the test results with the measured data in the literature.The methods and results of the freeze-thaw model simulation system in this paper can provide important reference value for the engineering design of cold region slope.
