老年衰弱与执行功能关系的研究进展

Research progress on the relationship between senile frailty and executive function

衰弱是老年人常见的临床综合征,具有不明原因体重降低、握力低下、疲乏、行走速度缓慢及体力活动减少等症状。认知功能衰退与衰弱症状的发生、发展相互影响,执行功能作为最高层次的认知功能,对调节身体功能具有重要意义。本文对老年衰弱及执行功能的定义、评估工具、两者间的相关研究及作用机制进行综述,探讨执行功能与衰弱发生发展的关系。同时,本文指出相关研究中现存的问题,提出针对性建议,旨在促进我国老年人健康衰老。

Frailty is a common clinical syndrome in the elderly,with unexplained weight loss,low grip strength,fatigue,slow walking speed and reduced physical activity.The decline of cognitive function interacts with the occurrence and development of frailty symptoms.As the highest level of cognitive function,executive function is of great significance in regulating body function.This article reviews the definition,assessment tools,related research and mechanism of senile frailty and executive function,and explores the relationship between executive function and the occurrence and development of frailty.This article also points out the existing problems in the relevant research and puts forward targeted suggestions to promote the healthy aging of the elderly in China.
