摘要
探索斜生褐孔菌在皿培条件下相关活性物质的表达,比较了7种培养基产黄酮、总三萜、多糖、多酚等几种活性物质的区别。对以麦麸为基质产总三萜的培养基进行了单因素和正交实验,结果表明:20%(v/v)麦麸汁1000 mL、MgSO_(4)·7H_(2)O _(4) g、KH_(2)PO_(4)2 g、蛋白胨3 g、葡萄糖20 g、琼脂18 g、pH值自然是最佳配方,总三萜提取率为2.07%。比较发现,斜生褐孔菌菌丝总三萜降血脂效果优于野生斜生褐孔菌菌核总三萜。
The expression of related active substances in I. obliquus under dish culture conditions was explored. The differences of flavonoids, total triterpenes, polysaccharides, polyphenols and other active substances produced by seven media were compared. Single factor and orthogonal experiments were employed for analyze the expression of total triterpenes in I. obliquus based on wheat bran to produce total triterpenoids. The results showed that the optimal medium formula was 20%(v/v) wheat bran juice 1000 mL, MgSO_(4)·7H_(2)O 4 g, KH_(2)PO_(4)2 g, peptone 3 g, glucose 20 g, agar 18 g, pH natural, and the extraction rate of total triterpenoids was 2.07%. The results of lowering blood lipids showed that the effect of total triterpenes in hyphae of I. obliquus was better than that in sclerotium of wild I. obliquus.
