大孔吸附树脂对罗汉果甜苷V竞争吸附行为研究及纯化工艺优化 被引量:3

Study on Competitive Adsorption Behavior of Mogroside V by Macroporous Adsorption Resin and Purification Process Optimization

摘要 以罗汉果为原料,罗汉果甜苷V含量和质量为考察指标,基于大孔吸附树脂在单柱和串柱的条件下,对罗汉果甜苷V竞争性吸附行为进行研究,筛选了D101、AB-8、DM130、LX-100B、LX-T28、D101C型6种型号的大孔吸附树脂,确定LX-T28型大孔吸附树脂为纯化罗汉果甜苷V的最佳树脂;同时在单因素试验基础上,采用响应曲面分析优化了LX-T28型大孔吸附树脂在串柱条件下,罗汉果甜苷V竞争性吸附的最佳工艺参数为:高径比4.82:1、上柱流速0.54 BV/h、低度乙醇浓度12.15%、高度乙醇浓度61.33%。在该条件下,柱Ⅱ获得的罗汉果甜苷V的含量和质量分别为84.72%和74.05 g,该实测值与预测值的相对误差分别为1.03%、1.79%,这表明该模型能够很好地优化LX-T28型大孔吸附树脂对罗汉果甜苷V竞争性吸附的工艺。 With Momordica grosvenorii as the raw material, the content and weight of Momordica grosvenorii mogroside V as the inspection index, the competitive adsorption behavior of Momordica grosvenorii mogroside V was studied under the conditions of single column and string columns based on macroporous adsorption resin. Six types of macroporous adsorption resin, D101, AB-8, DM130, LX-100B, LX-T28, D101C, were selected, and LX-T28 macroporous adsorption resin was determined as the best resin for purification of Momordica grosvenorii mogroside V. At the same time, on the basis of single factor test, response surface analysis was used to optimize the LX-T28 macroporous adsorption resin.Under the tandem column, the optimal process parameters for competitive adsorption of mogroside V were: height diameter ratio 4.82:1, upper column flow rate 0.54 BV/h, low alcohol concentration 12.15%,high alcohol concentration 61.33%. Under this condition, the content and mass of mogroside V obtained from column Ⅱ are 84.72% and 74.05 g respectively, and the relative errors between the measured value and the predicted value are 1.03% and 1.79% respectively, which shows that this model can well optimize the process of competitive adsorption of mogroside V by LX-T28 macroporous adsorption resin.
