成都天府国际机场旅客过夜用房隔振结构关键技术分析 被引量:1

摘要 成都天府国际机场旅客过夜用房工程是国内罕见的采取隔振技术设计建造的地铁上盖机场酒店,落于地铁及航站区下穿公路隧道正上方,周边场地条件复杂。首先阐述了项目隔振方案选择的思路,随后分析了隔振支座对主楼、裙房结构动力特性和抗震性能的影响,以及主楼跨区支承的差异沉降等关键技术问题,最后对大跨度空中悬挂连廊、穿层转换柱、V形支撑柱、下穿隧道转换顶板等关键构件进行了专项分析。结构设计中有针对性地采取抗震加强措施和抗震性能化设计。分析结果表明,在满足振动舒适度要求的前提下,隔振方案选取经济、合理,结构具有良好的抗震性能,为地铁上盖酒店类物业的设计提供了有意义的参考。 Chengdu Tianfu International Airport passenger overnight hotel is very rare in China which was designed and built directly above the subway and terminal highway tunnel with vibration isolation technology.The surrounding site conditions are complex.Firstly,the selection of vibration isolation scheme was introduced.Secondly,the influence of vibration isolation support on the dynamic characteristics and seismic performance of the main building structure and podium structure was analyzed,as well as the key technical problems such as the differential settlement of the cross-area supports of the main building.Finally,the special analysis on key components was conducted on large-span aerial suspension corridor,cross-layer transfer column,V-shaped support column and transfer roof plate of tunnel.Seismic strengthening measures and performance-based seismic design were adopted in structural design.The analysis results show that,under the premise of meeting the vibration comfort requirements,the selection of vibration isolation scheme is economical and reasonable,and the structure has good seismic performance,which provides a meaningful reference for the design of hotel property above the subway.
