基于Flink盒子的远程监测系统的研究

摘要 随着工业自动化技术的发展,起重机的应用领域越来越广泛。轨道式集装箱门式起重机(RMG)在运行过程中存在元器件故障、通讯异常和整机故障等问题,对此提出了一种RMG起重机的运行状态远程监测系统设计方案,采用现场设备端数据采集技术、Flink盒子、4G网络和PC端远程监测软件构成远程监测系统,实现对RMG起重机的运行参数和健康状态的远程监测和集中管理,故障实时报警。从而降低了现场工作人员的工作强度,提高了设备的安全管理水平。 With the development of industrial automation technology,the application fields of cranes are becoming more and more extensive.Rail-mounted container gantry crane(RMG)has problems such as component failure,communication abnormality and complete machine failure during operation.In view of these shortcomings,this paper proposes a design scheme of a remote monitoring system for the operation status of RMG cranes.Terminal data acquisition technology,Flink box,4G network and PC terminal remote monitoring software constitute a remote monitoring system,which realizes remote monitoring and centralized management of the operating parameters and health status of RMG cranes,and real-time alarms for faults.Thereby,the working intensity of the on-site staff is reduced,and the safety management level of the equipment is improved.
