摘要
以紫苏秸秆为原料,研究深度共熔溶剂提取纤维素的工艺。以尿素和氯化胆碱作为氢键受体的深度共熔溶剂分离提取紫苏秸秆中的纤维素,在单因素的基础上,运用响应面法优化提取纤维素的条件。采用红外光谱、热重分析、X射线衍射、扫描电镜等对纤维素的形态和物理化学性质进行综合比较。最优工艺条件为:温度为121℃、时间为4 h、料液比为1∶21 g/mL,在此条件下,纤维素含量为73.82%。表征结果表明,纤维素的晶型没有发生改变;纤维素变得不均匀、松散、无序,有利于溶剂的渗透。本研究可为紫苏秸秆纤维素资源的利用提供一定的理论依据与技术支撑。
Using Perilla straw as raw material,the extraction process of cellulose with deep eutectic solvent was studied. Both urea and choline chloride were used as deep eutectic solvents for hydrogen bond acceptors to separate and extract cellulose from Perilla straw. Box-Behnken design-response surface method was conducted to optimize the extraction process based on the single factor tests. The morphology and physicochemical properties of raw materials and cellulose were comprehensively compared by SEM,FTIR,XRD and TGA. The optimal process conditions were as follows:temperature of 121 ℃,time of 4 h,and material-to-liquid ratio of 1∶21 g/mL. Under such conditions,the cellulose content was 73.82%. The characterization results showed that the crystal form of cellulose did not change;cellulose became inhomogeneous,loose and disordered,which was favorable for the penetration of the solvent. This research provides certain theoretical basis and technical support for the utilization of Perilla straw biomass resources.
