Optimizing and adjusting the financial management system is of great benefit to the process reconstruction of risk disposal,resource allocation,data sharing,business and finance integration.In order to give full play to the advantages of financial management and realize the digitalization and intellectualization of financial management,this paper points out the existing problems from the perspective of practice on the basis of clarifying the importance of financial digitalization transformation,and puts forward a variety of measures,aiming at being helpful for enterprise scientifically construct the financial management system and promote the process of financial transformation to meet the needs of enterprise development.
