随着经济社会的发展,能源消耗量与日俱增,电力企业在社会发展中扮演的角色越来越重要。近年来,面对复杂多变的国内外能源环境,电力体制改革不断推进,电力企业的发展环境也发生了巨大变化,风险因素愈加复杂,主要包括金融风险、市场风险、法律风险、环境风险、管理风险、安全风险等因素。其中,最重要的风险因素是金融风险,直接决定了企业的发展程度。电力企业在发展过程中不可避免地会出现各类风险,但应该予以干预,防止风险扩大影响企业发展。文章探讨了企业发展过程中潜在的风险及风险形成的原因,并提出了防控风险的策略,以期为电力企业的发展提供参考。

With the development of economy and society,energy consumption is increasing day by day,and the role of electric power enterprises in social development is becoming more and more important.In recent years,in the face of the complex and changeable domestic and foreign energy environment,the reform of the electric power system has been continuously promoted,and the development environment of electric power enterprises has also undergone tremendous changes,and the risk factors have become more and more complex,mainly including financial risks,market risks,legal risks,environmental risks,management risks,safety risks and other factors.Among all risks,the most important risk factor is financial risk,which directly determines the degree of development of enterprises.In the process of development,electric power enterprises inevitably have various risks,but they should intervene to prevent the expansion of risks from affecting the development of enterprises.This paper discusses the potential risks and the reasons for the formation of risks in the process of enterprise development,and puts forward the strategies of risk prevention and control,hoping to provide reference for the development of electric power enterprises.
