青海省农村产业融合发展水平测度研究

Research on the Measurement of Rural Industrial Integration Development Level in Qinghai Province

根据农村产业融合内涵和发展模式,从农业产业链延伸、农业多功能拓展、农业服务业融合、产城融合四个维度,构建农村产业融合发展的指标评价体系,运用熵值法测度青海省农村产业融合发展水平。结果发现,2012—2021年青海省农村产业融合发展水平总体呈波动上升趋势,但从整体看发展水平仍然偏低。其中,农业服务业融合贡献度最高,农业产业链延伸与农业多功能拓展在曲折中前进,产城融合发展一直处于较低水平。基于此,文章提出了精准延链强链、拓展农业多种功能、培育多元新型农业经营主体的建议。

According to the integrated development mode of rural industries,the index evaluation system of integrated development of rural industries was constructed from four dimensions,namely,extension of agricultural industrial chain,multifunctional expansion of agriculture,integration of agricultural service industry and integration of industry and city.The entropy method was used to measure the integrated development level of rural industries in Qinghai province.The results showed that from 2012 to 2021,the development level of rural industry integration in Qinghai province generally had a fluctuating and rising trend.Among them,the multifunctional expansion of agriculture and the integration of agricultural service industry made the highest contribution.The extension of agricultural industry chain and the integration of industry and city had been maintained at a low development level.Based on this,the article finally gave some suggestions for Qinghai rural industrial development,including extending and strengthening the chain, expanding the multiple functions of agriculture, cultivating diversified new agricultural management entities.
