农村三产融合、生产性服务业集聚与农业产业链供应链现代化

Integration of Rural Three Industries,Agglomeration of Producer Services and Modernization of Agricultural Industrial Chain and Supply Chain

提升我国农业产业链供应链现代化水平,是赋能农村经济高质量发展的重要选择。通过动态面板模型、中介效应模型,对2011—2020年我国30个省份的面板数据进行分析,探究农村三产融合、生产性服务业集聚与农业产业链供应链现代化三者之间的关系。实证结果表明:农村三产融合对农业产业链供应链现代化具有显著驱动作用,并在空间层面呈现“东部>东北>中部>西部”的异质性分布格局;农业生产性服务业集聚在农村三产融合驱动农业产业链供应链现代化发展过程中发挥中介作用,中介效应占比为13.47%;相比于专业化集聚,农业生产性服务业多样化集聚的中介效应更显著;农业生产性服务业集聚的中介效应具有区域异质性,按中介效应占比由大到小对四大地区排序的结果为:东部、中部、东北、西部地区。因此,政府部门可通过实施数字化转型、打造平台模式驱动农村三产融合;行业协会可通过创建示范区、构建全国性平台、构筑示范项目促进生产性服务业多样化集聚,为农业产业链供应链现代化提供支持;东部地区政府和生产性服务业应发挥辐射作用,带动西部、中部及东北地区全面实现农业产业链供应链现代化。

Solidly improving the modernization level of the agricultural industrial chain and supply chain is an important choice to empower the high-quality development of the rural economy.The dynamic panel model and mediation effect model are used to analyze the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020;and the relation among rural three industries,agglomeration of producer services,and modernization of agricultural industrial chain and supply chain is explored.Empirical evidence shows that:the integration of rural three industries has a significant driving effect on the modernization of the agricultural industrial chain and supply chain,and presents a heterogeneous distribution pattern of"eastern>northeastern>central>western region"at the spatial level;the intermediary effect test shows that the agglomeration of agricultural producer services plays an intermediary role in the process of modernization of agricultural industrial chain and supply chain driven by the integration of rural three industries,and the effect accounts for 13.47%;compared with specialized agglomeration,the intermediary effect of diversified agglomeration of agricultural producer services is more significant;in addition,the regional heterogeneity test shows that the mediating effect of agricultural producer services industry agglomeration accounts for the eastern,central,northeastern and western regions.Based on this,it is recommended that the government should drive the integration of rural three industries through digital transformation and establishing the pattern of platforms;the industrial association should promote the diversified agglomeration of producer services through establishing pilot zones,constructing national platform,and formulating pilot projects to provide agricultural industrial chain and supply chain with support;and we should give play to the role of government and producer services in eastern regions in leading the western,central and northeastern regions to realize the modernization of agricultural industrial chain and supply chain.
