健康教育在肺结核患者护理中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的思考在肺结核患者护理期间选择健康教育模式的临床应用价值。方法筛选出本院于2021年1月至2022年1月接收的80例肺结核患者,根据护理方案的差异将其分成两组,即对照组(基本护理)与试验组(基本护理+健康教育),各40例,对比两组患者的护理质量。结果试验组的临床护理质量各项评分均明显超过对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。护理后,对比两组的SAS、SDS评分发现所有患者均明显降低,而试验组的降低幅度更大(P<0.05)。护理后,对比两组的依从性、相关知识掌握评分及生活质量评分发现所有患者均明显提高,而试验组的提高幅度更大(P<0.05)。试验组的护理满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,其间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对肺结核患者实施健康教育能够稳定患者的心理情绪,提升患者的临床护理质量,消除其负面情绪,同时能够提高其相关知识掌握度,提升其依从性,促进其生活质量提升。 Objective To think about the clinical application value of health education mode in the nursing period of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,80 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients received by our hospital were screened out.According to the difference of nursing plans,they were divided into two groups:the control group(basic nursing)and the experimental group(basic nursing+health education).There were 40 cases in each group,and the nursing quality of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of clinical nursing quality in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).After nursing,compared the SAS,SDS scores of the two groups,it was found that all patients were significantly reduced,while the reduction of the experimental group was greater(P<0.05).After nursing,comparing the scores of compliance,mastery of relevant knowledge and quality of life of the two groups,it was found that all patients had significantly improved,while the improvement of the experimental group was greater(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.00%higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference between them was significant and had a statistical advantage(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health education for pulmonary tuberculosis patients can stabilize their psychological emotions,further improve their clinical nursing quality scores,eliminate their negative emotions,improve their compliance,and at the same time improve their mastery of relevant knowledge,promote their quality of life.
