丁苯酞注射液联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射液治疗急性脑梗死患者的效果

Therapeutic Effect of Butylphthalide Injection Combined with Edaravone Dexcamol Injection on Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的将丁苯酞注射液与依达拉奉右莰醇注射液联合应用于治疗中,进一步分析其在急性脑梗死(ACI)患者中的应用效果。方法本研究将2020年6月至2022年6月作为试验对象纳入时间,随机选取60例ACI患者,根据患者治疗方案的不同将其平均分为两组,其中30例患者运用丁苯酞注射液治疗,并将其作为对照组,另外30例在对照组基础上加用依达拉奉右莰醇注射液,并将其作为试验组。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗前两组患者炎性因子、氧化应激与颈动脉超声指标以及神经功能、日常生活能力、认知功能均差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;试验组患者治疗后上述指标显著优于对照组患者,P<0.05。试验组患者治疗有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组患者的80.00%,P<0.05。结论在为ACI患者实施治疗的过程中联合运用丁苯酞注射液与依达拉奉右莰醇注射液获得了较为理想的效果,有助于患者相关治疗指标的改善,促进了患者神经、认知功能以及日常生活能力的恢复。

Objective To evaluate the effects of combination of butylphthalide injection and edaravondexcamol injection in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods This study included June 2020 to June 2022 as experimental subjects,selected disease type as ACI,and randomly selected 60 patients,who were divided into two groups according to different treatment plans,among which 30 patients were treated with butylphthalide injection and were used as the comparison group.The other 30 patients were treated with edaravondedorcamol injection based on the comparison group as the experimental group.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in inflammatory factors,oxidative stress,carotid artery ultrasound indexes,nerve function,daily living ability and cognitive function between the two groups,P>0.05.After treatment,the above indexes in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,P<0.05.The effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of ACI patients,the combination of butylphthalide injection and edaravonedoborneol injection has achieved a relatively ideal effect,which is conducive to the improvement of relevant therapeutic indexes of patients,and promotes the recovery of neurological and cognitive functions and the ability of daily living of patients.
