小切口阑尾炎切除术用于阑尾炎的治疗效果

Clinical Effect of Appendicitis with Small Incision Appendectomy

目的就小切口阑尾炎切除术治疗阑尾炎患者的临床效果予以观察分析。方法将2020年1月至2021年6月收入本院的70例阑尾炎患者作为此次研究对象,按治疗措施的不同均分为两组,对照组、观察组各35例。对照组应用常规治疗,观察组应用小切口阑尾炎切除术,对两组的临床治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组切口长度短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间与住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);在并发症发生率上,观察组患者的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,对患者开展了护理满意度评价,结果可见观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于阑尾炎治疗过程中实施小切口阑尾炎切除术可以提高手术效果,手术切口更短,减术中出血量更少,更有利于患者术后恢复,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of small-incision appendicitis resection in the treatment of patients with appendicitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with appendicitis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as subjects of this study,and they were divided into control group and observation group of 35 cases in each groups according to different treatment measures.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received appendicitis resection with small incision.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incision length in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the operation time and hospital stay were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the comparison difference was significant.In addition,the nursing satisfaction of patients was evaluated,and the results showed that the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of appendicitis,appendicitis resection with small incision can improve the surgical effect,shorten the surgical incision,reduce intraoperative blood loss,and be more conducive to postoperative recovery of patients,relieve pain and reduce the incidence of complications.
