胆石片口服治疗胆结石患者的效果

Effect of Oral Danshi Tablet on Patients with Gallstone

目的分析胆石片口服治疗胆结石患者的效果。方法选取我院2019年1月至2021年12月收治的80例胆结石患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组患者采用胆舒胶囊治疗,观察组患者采用胆石片口服治疗,统计两组患者总体治疗效果、并发症发生率、疼痛程度及不良心理改善情况,治疗后对患者开展为期1年的随访,统计两组患者治疗后1年间的胆结石复发情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.50%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为82.50%,观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);同时,观察组患者并发症发生率为2.50%,对照组患者并发症发生率为15.00%,观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前疼痛程度及不良心理水平相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗之后各项疼痛程度及不良心理水平均显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组患者以上各项指标改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后对患者开展为期1年的随访显示,观察组结石患者复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用胆石片口服治疗胆结石患者具有良好的效果,能有效促进胆结石患者治疗后疼痛等症状改善,加快患者康复速度,并降低胆结石治疗后复发风险。

Objective To analyze the effect of danshi tablet in the treatment of gallstone.Methods Eighty patients with gallstone in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment of patients,with 40 cases in each group.Patients with gallstone in the control group were treated with danshu capsule,while patients with gallstone in the observation group were treated with oral danshi tablets.The overall therapeutic effect,complication rate,pain degree and adverse psychological improvement of gallstone patients in the two groups were analyzed.The patients were followed up for 1 year after treatment,and the recurrence rate of gallstone patients in the two groups was analyzed in 1 year after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 97.50%in the observation group and 82.50%in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the complication rate of gallstone patients in the observation group was 2.50%,and that in the control group was 15.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the degree of pain and adverse psychological level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,the degree of pain and adverse psychological level were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the above indicators in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The 1-year follow-up showed that the recurrence rate of calculus patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral treatment of danshi tablets has good effect on patients with gallstones,which can effectively promote the improvement of pain and other symptoms in patients with gallstones after treatment,speed up the recovery of patients,and reduce the risk of recurrence after treatment of gallstones.
