快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜胆囊切除术护理中的应用价值

Application Value of FTS in Nursing Care of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的在腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)开展过程中围手术期会有疼痛、机体应激以及术后胃肠功能恢复慢问题,对此分析快速康复外科理念(FTS)的应用价值。方法本项研究于2021年5月正式启动,截止时间是2022年11月。研究对象为此时间段收治行LC手术患者,样本数量共有100例,根据随机数表法分为对照组(n=50,常规护理)和研究组(n=50,FTS护理),对比观察两组护理模式应用下对患者术后疼痛与心理、机体应激反应以及术后恢复情况数据差异。结果对比观察术后当天及术后第2日患者疼痛及负面情绪量表发现,研究组患者术后疼痛症状有降低,且SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);对比观察两组护理干预方案对机体应激反应的影响,研究组受到的影响小(P<0.05);观察护理干预模式对患者术后恢复的影响,包括肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间、进食流质时间、住院时间比较,研究组术后恢复快(P<0.05)。结论为更好地促进LC手术患者病情转归,在围手术期开展FTS护理模式能够获得理想的护理效果,利于减轻患者治疗身心负担。

Objective During laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC),there will be some problems such as pain,stress and slow recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation.To analyze the application value of FTS.Methods This study was officially launched in May 2021,and the deadline was November 2022.The subjects were treated with LC surgery in this period,with a total of 100 samples.They were divided into the control group(n=50,routine nursing)and the research group(n=50,FTS nursing)according to the random number table method.The differences of postoperative pain,psychology,body stress response and postoperative recovery data between the two groups were compared.Results By comparing the scale of pain and negative emotion of patients on the day after operation and the second day after operation,it was found that the pain symptoms of patients in the study group decreased,and the scores of SAS and SDS scale were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the effects of two groups of nursing intervention programs on the stress response of the body,it was found that the study group was less affected(P<0.05).Observe the effect of nursing intervention mode on postoperative recovery of patients,including bowel sounds recovery time,anal exhaust time,first defecation time,first time out of bed,time to eat liquid and hospitalization time.The study group recovered quickly after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to better promote the prognosis of LC patients,FTS nursing mode during perioperative period can obtain ideal nursing effect,which is conducive to reducing the physical and mental burden of patients.
