综合护理对腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻的并发症发生率的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on the Complication Rate of Adhesive Ileus after Abdominal Operation

目的评价围手术期综合护理干预在预防和减少腹部手术患者术后粘连性肠梗阻并发症等方面的积极影响,为腹部手术患者临床护理工作提供参考。方法选择我院2019年1~10月收治的腹部手术治疗患者(n=120),进行1∶1比例法分组护理。对照组与观察组各60例,分别采取常规护理服务、综合护理干预,比较两组患者的术后粘连性肠梗阻发生率、术后恢复时间、护理满意度。结果观察组患者术后下地活动时间、恢复排气时间以及痊愈出院时间均短于对照组,粘连性肠梗阻发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论腹部手术患者术后粘连性肠梗阻并发症情况明显,从而延长了术后康复时间,积极落实综合护理干预可以在预防相关并发症的同时缩短患者预后时间,患者满意度高。

Objective To evaluate the positive effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention on the prevention and reduction of postoperative complications of adhesive ileus in patients with abdominal surgery,so as to provide reference for clinical nursing work of patients with abdominal surgery.Methods The patients with abdominal surgery(n=120)admitted in our hospital from January to October 2019 were selected for 1∶1 proportion group nursing,60 patients in the control group and 60 patients in the observation group received routine nursing service and comprehensive nursing intervention respectively.The incidence of postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction,postoperative recovery time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The patients in the observation group had shorter postoperative activities,recovery of exhaust and recovery of discharge time than those in the control group.The incidence of adhesive intestinal obstruction was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The complications of postoperative adhesive ileus in patients with abdominal operation are obvious,which prolongs the postoperative recovery time,active implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the prognosis time of patients while preventing the related complications,and the patients have high satisfaction.
