舒适护理在短暂性脑缺血发作抢救中的应用效果

Effect of Comfort Nursing on Rescue of Transient Ischemic Attack

目的探究舒适护理在短暂性脑缺血发作抢救中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年5月我院急诊收治的82例短暂性脑缺血患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分组(n=41),对照组采用常规抢救护理,观察组采用舒适护理,对比两组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的神经功能缺损程度轻于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的日常生活活动能力高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的生理、心理、环境舒适度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组短暂性脑缺血发作时间、发作频率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在短暂性脑缺血患者的发作抢救中实施舒适护理,可有效减轻其神经功能缺损程度,提升抢救后的日常生活活动能力及舒适度,提高干预依从性,降低疾病发作时间及发作频率,临床护理满意度较高,应用效果良好。

Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing in the rescue of transient ischemic attack.Methods A total of 82 patients with transient cerebral ischemia treated in the emergency department of our hospital from June 2018 to may 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into groups according to the lottery method(n=41).The control group was treated with routine rescue nursing and the observation group was treated with comfort nursing.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the degree of neurological deficit in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The activities of daily living in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The physiological,psychological and environmental comfort of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The intervention compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time and frequency of transient ischemic attack in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing in the attack rescue of patients with transient cerebral ischemia can effectively reduce the degree of neurological deficit,improve the ability of daily living activities and comfort after rescue,improve the intervention compliance,reduce the time and frequency of disease attack,have high clinical nursing satisfaction and good application effect.
