摘要
目的 探讨血清miR-197-5p、miR-8071及miR-4322联合对小儿癫痫的诊断价值,为临床诊断提供参考。方法 纳入2018年12月—2019年12月收治的120例小儿癫痫患者为研究组,120例晕厥患儿为对照组。通过血清RNA抽取与实时荧光定量PCR检测两组受试人员血清miR-197-5p、miR-8071及miR-4322的相对表达量。采用ROC曲线下面积分析血清miR-197-5p、miR-8071及miR-4322对小儿癫痫的诊断价值。结果 观察组受试人员血清miR-197-5p、miR-8071及miR-4322的相对表达量均高于对照组受试人员(P<0.05)。血清miR-197-5p、miR-8071及miR-4322的相对表达量与是否患有小儿癫痫均存在相关性(P<0.05)。小儿癫痫患者与晕厥患儿血清miR-197-5p、miR-8071及miR-4322单向诊断的灵敏度分别为95%、92%、98%,特异度分别为95%、78%、83%。血清miR-197-5p、miR-8071及miR-4322联合诊断小儿癫痫的灵敏度为96.67%,特异度为89.17%,准确度为92.92%。结论 血清miR-197-5p、miR-8071及miR-4322的相对表达量可作为联合诊断小儿癫痫的潜在标志物。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of miR-197-5p, miR-8071,and miR-4322 in serum in children with epilepsy, provide a reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods A total of 120 pediatric patients with epilepsy who were admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were included in study group, and 120 children with syncope were selected as control group.The relative expression levels of miR-197-5p, miR-8071, and miR-4322 in serum of the two groups were detected by serum RNA extraction and real-time quantitative PCR.The area under ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of miR-197-5p, miR-8071,miR-4322 in serum for pediatric epilepsy.Results The relative expression levels of miR-197-5p, miR-8071, and miR-4322 in serum of observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in serum of control group(P<0.05).The relative expressions of miR-197-5p, miR-8071, and miR-4322 in serum were correlated with the presence or absence of pediatric epilepsy(P<0.05).The sensitivitiesy of one-way diagnosis of miR-197-5p, miR-8071, and miR-4322 in children with epilepsy and children with syncope were 95%,92%,and 98%,respectively, and the specificities were 95%,78%,and 83%,respectively.The sensitivity of miR-197-5p, miR-8071,and miR-4322 in diagnosis of pediatric epilepsy was 96.67%,the specificity was 89.17%,and the accuracy was 92.92%.Conclusion The relative expression levels of miR-197-5p, miR-8071,and miR-4322 in serum can be used as potential markers for combined diagnosis of pediatric epilepsy.
