人类免疫缺陷病毒母婴阻断效果与及时性和依从性的影响因素

Effect of HIV mother to child blocking and influencing factors of timeliness and compliance

目的 探讨人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)母婴阻断效果,分析及时性和依从性的影响因素。方法 选取2010年1月—2019年1月继续妊娠HIV感染孕产妇240例,调查母婴阻断干预效果、及时性及依从性,采用logistic回归模型分析及时性、依从性的影响因素。结果 死亡婴幼儿2例,死亡校正婴幼儿HIV感染率为1.23%,失访婴幼儿5例,死亡与失访校正婴幼儿HIV感染率为1.23%。logistic回归分析结果显示:城镇、妊娠意愿、配偶支持及焦虑抑郁是母婴阻断及时性的影响因素(OR=0.733、0.694、0.739、1.525,均P<0.05);大专及以上文化程度、城镇、有妊娠意愿、配偶支持及焦虑抑郁是母婴阻断依从性的影响因素(OR=0.740、0.784、0.689、0.732、1.667,均P<0.05)。结论 HIV母婴阻断效果较好,母婴阻断及时性和依从性受产妇学历、居住地、妊娠意愿、配偶及焦虑抑郁等影响。

Objective To explore the effect of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) mother-infant block, and analyze the influencing factors of timeliness and compliance.Methods Select 240 pregnant women who continue to be pregnant with HIV infection from January 2010 to January 2019 to investigate the effect, timeliness and compliance of mother-infant blocking intervention, and analyze the influencing factors of timeliness and compliance with logistic regression model.Results There were 2 dead infants, the death corrected HIV infection rate of infants was 1.23%,5 lost follow-up infants, and the death and lost follow-up corrected HIV infection rate of infants was 1.23%. The results of logistic regression analysis showed that town, pregnancy intention, spouse support, anxiety and depression were the influencing factors of the timeliness of mother-infant interruption(OR=0.733,0.694,0 739,1. 525,all P<0 05);College education and above, town, willingness to pregnancy, spouse support, anxiety and depression were the influencing factors of maternal and infant block compliance(OR=0.740,0.784,0.689,0.732,1.667,all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of HIV mother-infant blocking is good. The timeliness and compliance of mother-infant blocking are affected by maternal education background, residence, pregnancy intention, spouse, anxiety and depression.
