摘要
癫痫是常见的一种难治中枢神经系统疾病,患者主要表现为伴运动及其他感觉障碍的短暂性、反复性大脑功能紊乱,发病机制涉及范围较广,包括神经递质信号、突触结构、离子通道、炎症基因表达、神经元死亡等。神经丝蛋白轻链(NfL)被认为是神经丝三联蛋白重要组成部分,也是轴突损伤评估的敏感标志物之一。在各种神经系统疾病中,识别患者轴突损伤情况,并对疾病情况和治疗效果进行量化评估,对患者预后改善具有积极意义。本研究探讨癫痫发生机制,检测患者NfL表达水平,分析其与癫痫发生、发展的关系。
Epilepsy is a common clinical refractory disease in central nervous system.The main manifesta⁃tions in patients are transient and repetitive brain dysfunctions with motor and other sensory disturbance.There is extensive pathogenesis,including neurotransmitter signals,synaptic structure,ion channels,expressions of inflam⁃matory genes and neuronal death.The neuroflament light(NfL)is considered to be an important component of neurofilament triad protein,which is also one of the sensitive markers to evaluate axonal injury.In different neuro⁃logical diseases,it is of positive significance for prognosis improvement to identify the axonal injury and quantita⁃tively evaluate the disease condition and curative effect.This study explores the mechanism of epilepsy,detects NfL level and analyzes its relationship with the occurrence and development of epilepsy.
