血压变异性对皮质下缺血性血管病认知功能的影响研究进展

Research progress on the effect of blood pressure variability on cognitive function in subcortical ischemic vascular disease

皮质下缺血性血管病(SIVD)引起的认知障碍是血管性痴呆最为常见的亚型。近年来研究表明,血压变异性(BPV)可反映血压在一定时间内的波动程度,可能是SIVD患者认知障碍的独立危险因素,可以预测SIVD的进展及认知损害。本文就BPV在SIVD患者认知功能中的调控作用及其对认知功能的影响予以综述,以期寻找一种能够预测SIVD患者早期认知功能改变的监测指标,及早发现、诊断和干预,能够一定程度上改善SIVD患者的认知障碍。

Cognitive impairment caused by subcortical ischemic vascular disease(SIVD)is the most com⁃mon subtype of vascular dementia.Recent studies have shown that blood pressure variability(BPV)can reflect the degree of blood pressure fluctuation in a certain period of time,is an independent risk factor for cognitive im⁃pairment in patients with SIVD,and can predict the progression and cognitive impairment of SIVD.This paper re⁃views the regulatory role of BPV in the cognitive function of SIVD patients and its impact on cognitive function,in order to find a monitoring index that can predict the early cognitive function changes in SIVD patients,and im⁃prove cognitive dysfunction in SIVD patients.
