二代测序技术在胸腔积液病因诊断中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 胸腔积液作为一种常见的临床表现,其病因复杂多样,传统检验方法已满足不了目前临床诊断的需求。二代测序(next-generation sequencing,NGS)技术是一项正在飞速发展的新兴技术,对比传统检验方法有诸多优势。本文对近年来二代测序技术在胸腔积液病因诊断中的应用进展以及胸腔积液作为样本的可行性方面作一综述。 Pleural effusion is a common clinical manifestation,and its etiology is complex and diverse.The traditional test technology can not meet the current needs of clinical diagnosis.Next-generation sequencing is a rapidly developing emerging technology,which has many advantages over traditional testing methods.This paper reviews the research progress of next-generation sequencing technology in the etiological diagnosis of pleural effusion in recent years and the feasibility of pleural effusion as a sample.
