西替利嗪与复方甘草酸苷在慢性荨麻疹治疗中的价值研究

Study on the Value of Cetirizine and Compound Glycyrrhizin in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

目的研究分析慢性荨麻疹应用西替利嗪与复方甘草酸苷治疗的临床功效。方法将2020年6月1日至2022年5月1日就诊慢性荨麻疹患者180例纳入本次研究,组别应用抽签法分配,常规组使用西替利嗪治疗,试验组使用西替利嗪+复方甘草酸苷治疗,分析比较两组炎性因子、症候积分、急性时相反应蛋白水平、免疫功能、用药不良反应发生率、慢性荨麻疹复发情况以及生活质量。结果试验组治疗后炎性因子、症候积分改善较常规组更为显著(P<0.05),治疗后试验组急性时相反应蛋白水平、免疫功能较常规组更优(P<0.05),用药不良反应发生率,相比数据并无差异(P>0.05)。愈后6个月观察慢性荨麻疹的复发情况,试验组复发率较常规组偏低(P<0.05),进一步评定患者的生活质量发现,试验组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗慢性荨麻疹,西替利嗪、复方甘草酸苷联合使用,可促进患者病症反应缓解,改善其机体急性时相反应蛋白水平,抑制预后疾病复发,近期、远期疗效均有优势。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of cetirizine alone and adding glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods A total of 180 patients with chronic urticaria treated from June 1,2020 to May 1,2022 were included in this study.Grouping by drawing lots,the conventional group was treated with cetirizine,and the experimental group was treated with cetirizine and compound glycyrrhizin.The inflammatory factors,symptom scores,acute phase protein levels,immune function,incidence of adverse drug reactions,recurrence of chronic urticaria and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of inflammatory factors and symptom scores in the experimental group was better than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The levels of acute phase protein and immune function in the experimental group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).6 months after the cure,the recurrence of chronic urticaria was observed,the recurrence rate of chronic urticaria in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Further evaluation of the quality of life of patients showed that the quality of life scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of cetirizine and compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic urticaria can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients,improve the levels of acute phase proteins,and inhibit the recurrence of the disease,which has advantages in the treatment period and long-term efficacy.
