全程优质护理在妊娠高血压产妇护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Whole Course High-quality Nursing in the Nursing of Pregnant Women with Hypertension

目的探讨并分析全程优质护理在妊娠高血压产妇护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院2018年9月至2021年8月收治的112例妊娠高血压产妇为研究对象,将产妇随机分为参照组(常规护理)与试验组(全程优质护理),每组56例。观察两组护理前后血压水平、焦虑情绪及抑郁情绪评分,并对比两组不良事件发生情况及对护理工作满意度。结果护理前,两组血压水平组间对比无统计学意义,P>0.05;护理后,试验组舒张压、收缩压以及平均动脉压更低,P<0.05。护理前,两组在焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪评分上差异无意义,P>0.05;护理后,两组焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪评分均有所下降,P<0.05;与参照组相比,试验组焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪评分明显更低,P<0.05。试验组不良事件发生率3.57%,显著低于参照组不良事件发生率17.86%,P<0.05。试验组对护理工作满意度为98.21%,与参照组的85.71%相比,组间差异显著,P<0.05。结论在妊娠高血压产妇护理中,全程优质护理的应用效果显著,不仅能有效的稳定产妇血压,降低不良事件发生率,改善预后;同时也能提高临床护理质量,提升产妇满意度。

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of the whole process high-quality nursing in the nursing of pregnant women with hypertension.Methods One hundred and twelve pregnant women with hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the computer serial number,the pregnant women were randomly divided into the reference group(routine nursing)and the experimental group(whole course high-quality nursing),with 56 cases in each group.The blood pressure level,anxiety and depression scores were observed before and after nursing in the two groups,and the incidence of adverse events and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure in the experimental group were lower(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in both groups decreased,P<0.05.But compared with the reference group,the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 3.57%,significantly lower than that in the reference group(17.86%,P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 98.21%,which was significantly different from 85.71%of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of pregnant women with hypertension,the application effect of whole process high-quality nursing is significant.It can not only effectively stabilize the maternal blood pressure,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the prognosis.At the same time,it also improves the quality of clinical care and improves maternal satisfaction.
