阴道炎患者实施个性化教育联合心理疏导的应用效果

Effect of individualized education combined with psychological counseling for patients with vaginitis

目的分析在阴道炎患者诊治过程中采取个性化教育联合心理疏导的应用效果。方法本项研究于2020年6月正式启动,截止时间是2021年12月。选用此时间段到我院接受诊治的阴道炎患者为研究对象,样本数量共有116例,将其分为两组,分别接受常规护理、个性化教育联合心理疏导。观察并对比两组护理干预模式对患者心理状态、用药依从性、临床疗效与复发率数据变化差异。结果采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对患者护理干预前后患者的心理状态进行评估发现,研究组SCL-90心理状态量表焦虑、抑郁、恐惧、敌对、偏执因子量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);采用服药依从性量表(MMAS-8)量表观察干预前后患者服用依从性发现,护理干预后两组患者MMAS-8用药依从性量表得分均有提升,且研究组用药依从性量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05);分析两组护理干预方案对临床疗效与复发率的影响,研究组总有效高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将个性化教育联合心理疏导应用于阴道炎疾病患者诊疗过程中能够帮助患者调节心理状态,并加深对疾病的认知,有利于提高用药依从性,同时也有助于获得理想的疗效,对于改善患者生活质量有益。

Objective To analyze the application effect of personalized education combined with psychological counseling in the diagnosis and treatment of vaginitis patients.Methods This study was officially launched in June 2020,and the deadline was December 2021.Vaginitis patients who were treated in our hospital during this period were selected as the research subjects,with a total of 116 samples.They were divided into two groups,receiving routine nursing or personalized education combined with psychological counseling.To observe the differences of the two groups'nursing intervention modes on patients'psychological state,medication compliance,clinical efficacy and recurrence rate.Results Using SCL-90 to evaluate the psychological state of patients before and after nursing intervention,it was found that The SCL-90 mental state scale anxiety,depression,fear,hostility,and paranoid factor scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance scale(MMAS-8)was used to observe the patients'medication compliance before and after the intervention,it was found that After the nursing intervention,the scores of the MMAS-8 medication adherence scale were improved in both groups,and the study group had higher scores on the medication adherence scale than those in the control group(P<0.05).Analysis of the influence of nursing intervention programs of the two groups on clinical curative effect and recurrence rate showed that the clinical curative effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized education combined with psychological counseling to the diagnosis and treatment of patients with vaginitis disease can help regulate the psychological state of patients,deepen the understanding of the disease,help improve medication compliance,and also help to obtain ideal curative effects,which is beneficial to improving the quality of life of patients.
