超声心动图对高血压性心脏病诊断的应用价值和检出率观察

Application Value and Detection Rate of Echocardiography in the Diagnosis of Hypertensive Heart Disease

目的探讨对高血压性心脏病患者采取超声心动图诊断的应用价值以及检出率。方法选择我院住院患者中有高血压性心脏病病史的患者,共104例,将所有患者按照双盲法分为两组,是常规组和超声组,每组分别有52例患者。本次试验的研究时间选择2019年1月至2021年12月,常规组采取心电图的诊断方法,超声组采取超声心动图的诊断方法,比较两组疾病检出率以及诊断敏感性、准确率。结果超声组对于左室增大、左室肥厚以及左房增大的检出率,明显高于常规组,P<0.05。超声组诊断方法的敏感性、准确率及满意度,均显著高于常规组,P<0.05。不同分级高血压患者超声心动图各左心功能指标存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论对高血压性心脏病患者采取超声心动图的诊断方法,提高了疾病的检出率,其敏感性以及准确率与心电图诊断方法相比,相对更高。

Objective To explore the value and detection rate of ultrasound electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.Methods A total of 104 patients with hypertensive heart disease admitted by our institute were selected.All patients were divided into two groups according to the double-blind method,namely the conventional group and the ultrasonic group,with 52 patients in each group.The study period of this experiment was from January 2019 to December 2021,the conventional group adopted the diagnosis method of electrocardiogram,while the ultrasonic group adopted the diagnosis method of echocardiography.The disease detection rate,diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of the two groups were compared.Results The detection rate of left ventricular enlargement,left ventricular hypertrophy and left atrial enlargement in the ultrasound group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The sensitivity,accuracy and satisfaction of ultrasound group were significantly higher than those of conventional group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in echocardiography among patients with different grades of hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion Echocardiographic diagnosis of patients with hypertensive heart disease improves the detection rate of the disease,and its sensitivity and accuracy are relatively higher than that of ecg diagnosis.
