营养饮食护理模式对糖尿病肾病患者饮食治疗依从性的影响

Influence of Nutritional Diet Nursing Mode on the Compliance of Diabetic Nephropathy Patients with Diet Therapy

目的探析营养饮食护理模式对糖尿病肾病患者饮食治疗依从性的影响。方法以2020年11月为研究初始时间,以2021年11月为研究终止时间,选取此时我院收治的糖尿病肾病患者50例展开调查,遵守随机信封分组原则均匀分组,25例/组。对照组应用常规护理模式,试验组在常规护理模式基础上增加营养饮食护理模式。评估护理后的内心情绪状态、生活质量情况,了解其机体营养状况,并对饮食治疗依从性、护理满意度进行计算。结果与对照组的数据相比,试验组护理后的内心情绪状态更好,生活质量情况更高,对比可见显著差异(P<0.05)。与对照组的数据相比,试验组护理后的机体营养状况更好,对比可见显著差异(P<0.05)。与对照组的数据相比,试验组护理后的饮食治疗依从性更高,对比可见显著差异(P<0.05)。与对照组的数据相比,试验组护理后的护理满意度更高,对比可见显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在对糖尿病肾病患者进行护理时,使用营养饮食护理模式能够减轻患者不良内心情绪,提升生活水平,维持机体营养充足,提高饮食治疗依从性和护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of nutritional diet nursing mode on the compliance of diabetic nephropathy patients with diet therapy.Methods With November 2020 as the initial time of the study and November 2021 as the time of study termination,50 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were admitted to our hospital at this time were selected to be unfolded for the investigation,adhering to the principle of randomization envelope and grouping evenly,with 25 patients each group.The routine care model was applied in the control group,and the nutrition diet care model was added in the test group on the basis of the routine care model.The inner emotional status,quality of life after nursing were evaluated to know their body nutrition status,and the compliance with dietary treatment and satisfaction with nursing were calculated.Results Compared with data from the control group,the test group had better cardiac emotional status and better quality of life after care,contrasting visible differences(P<0.05).Compared with the data of the control group,the body nutrition status after care in the test group was better,with visible differences(P<0.05).Compliance with dietary treatment after care was higher in the test group compared to data from the control group,contrasting visible differences(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction after care was higher in the test group compared to the data of the control group,contrasting visible differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the care of patients with diabetic nephropathy,the use of nutrition diet care model can alleviate patients'adverse inner emotions,improve the standard of living,maintain the body nutrition adequate,improve dietary treatment adherence and nursing satisfaction.
