垂体后叶素与缩宫素对子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术中出血量及血压的影响

Effects of pituitrin and oxytocin on intraoperative blood loss and blood pressure in patients undergoing myomectomy

目的比较垂体后叶素与缩宫素在子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的76例子宫肌瘤剔除术患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(38例,缩宫素治疗)和观察组(38例,垂体后叶素治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果注药后5 min,观察组的收缩压、平均动脉压显著高于对照组,舒张压、心率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05);术后3 d,观察组的红细胞计数、血红蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论垂体后叶素在子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中的应用效果良好,可有效控制术中出血量,且并发症发生率较低。

Objective To compare the application effect of pituitrin and oxytocin in patients undergoing myomectomy.Methods A total of 76 patients undergoing myomectomy in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(38 cases,oxytocin treatment)and observation group(38 cases,pituitrin treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 5 min after injection,the systolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the diastolic blood pressure,heart rate were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);at 3 d after operation,the red blood cell count,hemoglobin level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pituitrin has a good application effect in patients undergoing myomectomy,it can effectively control the intraoperative blood loss,and has a low incidence of complications.
