Objective To explore the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with language training on language rehabilitation in children with autism. Methods A total of 102 children with autism admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with language training, and the observation group was treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with language training. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of Child Autism Rating Scale(CARS)and Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the score of language behavior assessment scale was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the expression levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and Bcl-2 protein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with language training in the treatment of children with autism has a significant effect. It can improve the autistic symptoms and language function of children, and up-regulate the expression levels of BDNF and Bcl-2 protein, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
