摘要
目的研究集体语言训练对语言发育迟缓儿童语言功能、身心发育及智力水平的影响。方法以随机数字表法将126例语言发育迟缓患儿分为集体训练组(n=63,集体语言训练)与对照组(n=63,一对一语言康复训练)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,集体训练组的中国康复研究中心汉语标准失语症检查表(CRRCAE)各维度评分、Gesell发育诊断量表各维度发育商以及韦氏学龄前儿童智力量表(WPPSI)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集体语言训练更利于改善语言发育迟缓儿童的语言功能、神经、心理发育情况及智力水平。
Objective To study the effects of collective language training on language function,physical and mental development and intelligence level of children with language retardation.Methods A total of 126 children with language retardation were divided into collective training group(n=63,collective language training)and control group(n=63,one-to-one language rehabilitation training)according to the random number table method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center Standard Aphasia Examination(CRRCAE),the development quotients of all dimensions of Gesell developmental diagnosis scale,and the scores of all dimensions of Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence(WPPSI)in the collective training group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Collective language training is more conducive to improving the language function,neurological,psychological development and intelligence level of children with language retardation.
