七氟烷联合瑞芬太尼在剖宫产术中的麻醉效果及对产妇机体指标、新生儿状况的影响

Anesthetic effect of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil in cesarean section and its influences on parturient body indexes and neonatal status

目的探讨七氟烷联合瑞芬太尼在剖宫产术中的麻醉效果。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月在本院行剖宫产术分娩的200例产妇为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(100例,丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉)与观察组(100例,七氟烷联合瑞芬太尼麻醉)。比较两组的麻醉效果。结果切皮时、术毕时,观察组的心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的麻醉优良率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的新生儿出生后1、5 min Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的产后出血、胎盘早剥、新生儿窒息、胎儿窘迫、低体重儿发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论七氟烷联合瑞芬太尼在剖宫产术中的麻醉效果良好。

Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil in cesarean section.Methods From September 2019 to September 2020,200 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(100 cases,propofol combined with remifentanil anesthesia)and observation group(100 cases,sevoflurane combined with remifentanil anesthesia)by random number table method.The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups at 1,5 min after birth(P>0.05).The incidences of postpartum hemorrhage,placental abruption,neonatal asphyxia,fetal distress and low birth weight in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane combined with remifentanil in cesarean section has a good anesthetic effect.
